Weekly Pay
Weekly pay via direct deposit.
Public Holidays
A total of 10 public holidays annually in Ontario and 11 public holidays in Quebec and Labrador.
Sick and Personal Leave
After 1 month of service: 10 sick days accumulating according to Canadian regulations. After 3 months of service: 3 personal days + 1 floating day in Quebec and Labrador, and 4 personal days + 1 floating day in Ontario.

Work safely from the start: a PPE kit (safety boots, coveralls, and safety glasses) is provided to new employees.
Bonus
To recognize the complexity of certain shifts: an annual bonus of $7,000 for evening shifts.
