Leadership evolution to support the organization’s growth and ambitions
Anjou, Québec, May 2026 — Groupe Morneau is announcing several strategic appointments within its Circle of Leaders, marking a new chapter in the evolution of the organization and the strengthening of its leadership team.
As part of these changes, Groupe Morneau welcomes Nancy St-Laurent as Vice President, Sales, while Caroline Huot has been appointed Vice President, Human Resources, and Anouk Petit has been appointed Vice President, Communications, Marketing and Customer Experience.
An evolution focused on the future
These changes reflect Groupe Morneau’s commitment to pursuing its growth through strong, complementary leadership aligned with its ambitions. In a historically male-dominated industry, these appointments also highlight the growing presence of women leaders in the transportation and logistics sector.
“These appointments reflect the confidence we place in leaders who embody our values and vision. Their expertise and approach will directly contribute to our continued growth and the development of our organization,” said Catherine Morneau, Co-President of Groupe Morneau.
Three complementary leaders supporting growth
Nancy St-Laurent brings more than 15 years of experience in commercial leadership and business development within the transportation and logistics industry. Her arrival will strengthen the organization’s commercial leadership and support its growth ambitions.
Having been with Groupe Morneau since 2013, Caroline Huot has evolved through several key human resources roles. Recognized for her authenticity, people-focused leadership and strong operational understanding, she will contribute to the evolution of employee experience and talent development.
Anouk Petit will continue leading the development of Groupe Morneau’s communications, marketing, customer experience and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Recognized for her strategic vision, collaborative approach and ability to bring people together, she will contribute to the organization’s visibility and continued evolution.
A transition built on continuity
Nancy St-Laurent’s arrival is part of a planned and collaborative transition with Benoit Chrétien, who currently serves as Vice President, Sales. Over the coming months, Nancy and Benoit will work closely together to ensure a smooth transfer of responsibilities and continuity across ongoing initiatives.
Effective July 1, 2026, Benoit will officially assume the role of Strategic Advisor. After making significant contributions to the growth of Groupe Morneau and the development of its sales organization over the past several years, he will continue to play a key role within the company by sharing his expertise and supporting strategic initiatives.
“We are confident that this evolution of our leadership team will allow us to continue growing with clarity, consistency and ambition, while remaining true to our deeply human culture,” added David Morneau, Co-President of Groupe Morneau.
