PICKUP

You may make or modify a request for pick up by signing into your account from the CLIENT PORTAL in the SCHEDULE A PICK UP section.

To modify a request for pick up that has already been made, please contact customer service at 1-844-884-2727.

From the CLIENT PORTAL, when scheduling a pick up, a confirmation will appear on the screen indicating that we have received your order. You will then receive a bill of lading by email in the following minutes.

Details regarding your pick up may be obtained by signing into your account from the CLIENT PORTAL. You may obtain real-time delivery details by signing into your account from the CLIENT PORTAL or by clicking on SCHEDULE A PICK UP.

DOCUMENTATION

You may obtain your proof of delivery by signing into your account from the CLIENT PORTAL. You can also receive your proofs of delivery automatically by registering for this service with CUSTOMER SERVICE.

When making a pick up request from the CLIENT PORTAL, you will automatically receive your bill of lading by email within the next few minutes.

RATES AND BILLING

You may obtain a rate estimation for your shipment by clicking on ESTIMATE TIME AND COST by signing into your account from the CLIENT PORTAL.

All invoice details may be found in your CLIENT PORTAL. If you don't find the answer to your question, we invite you to contact CUSTOMER SERVICE, who will put you in contact with the appropriate person.

Yes, it is possible that you have not received your "BOL/Bill of lading" if you are not registered for the automatic reception of bill of lading. To do so, please contact CUSTOMER SERVICE.
