When you join the team of LAURIE-ANN GARTSEN – Customer Service Director, you’ll enjoy a daytime schedule from Monday to Friday from 8am to 4.30pm and a daily routine filled with stimulating tasks, earning a salary up to 25,17X per hour from the beginning.
- Quickly and effectively respond to customer requests by email or telephone
- Manage customer dissatisfaction and propose solutions best adapted to their situation
- Promote/accompany customers on portal functionalities and new features
- Work closely with Operations and Billing staff
- Connect to customers' operational meetings at their request
- Assist in the integration of new VIP customers by communicating with customer suppliers to integrate them into the new platform
- Perform all other related tasks

- 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service for Key customers in the transportation field;
- General knowledge of computer;
- Good communicator both orally and in writing;
- Ability to concentrate;
- Adaptability,Analytical mind, capacity to investigate complex customer service problems;
- Priority management;
- Ability to handle complaints;
- Concern for customer service;
- Requirement of the French language at an advanced Level (interactions with suppliers, clients, and French-speaking employees and/or located outside the province of Ontario);
- Knowledge of TruckMate software (asset);
