Already leading operations for the Morneau GLOBAL business unit, Marco Roussel will now expand his accountabilities to include Morneau BOREA. Known for his deep operational expertise and hands-on leadership, he will be responsible for strengthening cohesion and efficiency across the Group’s various units, fostering greater synergy between logistics and refrigerated transport.
Driving long-term growth and innovation
Frédéric Ruel has been appointed Vice President, Growth and Innovation. In this strategic role, he will be responsible for identifying and developing high-potential business partnerships that support the Group’s long-term growth. His leadership and strong understanding of the North American logistics chain will help propel innovation and development at Groupe Morneau.
Strengthening expertise in pricing
Finally, Dominic Savard joins Groupe Morneau as Vice President, Pricing. With more than 25 years of experience in the field, he brings extensive expertise in operations management, supply chain, and logistics solutions to support performance and the continuous evolution of pricing practices.
